This RETURN AND REFUND policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
Return Policy: Returns will only be considered if the request is made within 4 WORKING days of placing the order. You can return the products within 1-4 days. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the issue on their end. The return should be reported within 10 days of receipt of the product.
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must report it to our customer service team within 10 days of receiving the product. The customer service team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
If you have complaints about products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the issue directly to the manufacturer for resolution.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 working days. The amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days of the approval.
